Mental health and wellbeing.

It’s really important that we all are taking steps to manage our mental health, which is just as important as our physical health. Continuing to look after our wellbeing is essential.

-The NZ Government has put in place a new mental health and wellbeing campaign to help support New Zealanders get through COVID-19. The "Getting through together", Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti, campaign provides great tips and support on how we can help ourselves, and each other through this stressful time. Even if you feel you are coping well, check out this website as you might be able to pick up some great tips to help those around you.

Free youth healthcare

Free and confidential Healthcare is available for our young people (aged 10 - 25 years).

Two clinics so far, Papatoetoe and Grey Lynn, with more to be announced. Under Alert Level 3 this free service will be in-person or via tele health.
