My name is Emman Rahimi, I'm 19 years old. I play competitive football and do swim instructing and life guarding here at OWMP.

What is your favourite thing about YMCA?

How it brings together different people in the community, it's great how diverse it is - you meet people of different cultures and backgrounds.

When you aren't at the YMCA what do you love to do?

Play football, go to the gym and spend time with my family.

What is something you couldn't live without?

Football - the sport I have been playing for as long as I can remember. It's a huge part of who I am.

What's one thing we didn't know about you that would surprise us?

I've played football overseas, in Brazil, Spain and the US. Also I'm a big mother's boy!

How would your friends describe you?

Friendly, funny, athletic, confident, cool to be around.

Where is your favourite place in New Zealand?

Auckland. Nowhere better than home.
