Here are some FAQs we've had from customers about our Holiday Programme:
1. What happens if the school holidays are brought forward?
If the school holidays are brought forward, we will have programmes available to book into.
2. Will I get a full refund if the programme is cancelled?
Absolutely – if we have to cancel the programme, all participants will be contacted and refunds will be completed.
3.What if I have to self-isolate? Do I get a refund?
Our normal Terms and Conditions stand. As per our terms and conditions for holiday programmes, “changes or cancellations can be made up until the Friday before the school holidays begins. Once the programme has commenced there are no refunds for cancellations/sickness. Your fees are still payable if you child/children do not attend”.
