Yoga

Suitable for all levels and abilities, our yoga classes include various yoga disciplines including Shakti and Ashtanga, incorporating gentle movement and stretching in order to increase your flexibility, agility and strength. Classes are done barefoot, you will need to bring your own yoga mat

Tabata

Designed to kick-start your cardio fitness, this class combines high-intensity sessions with breaks, typically 20 seconds of workout followed by a 10-second break. A great way to get a great workout if you don't have a lot of time to spare.

Muscle sculpt

Focussing on building muscle, rather than cardio fitness, this class uses a range of routines and equipment to work out your whole body. Suitable for all levels of fitness experience, all equipment provided
