If you have a goal to work towards, want to challenge yourself, be pushed to your limits, or just need that kick start then come and join the Jordan team.

Our experienced trainers will motivate you to sweat, run, jump, lunge, squat, box and challenge yourself to be a fitter and healthier you! 

This terms Boot Camp starts on October 19th, 8 week programme with 3 x 45 min sessions per week 6-7am- Mon, Wed, Fri. Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities!
