Our Bootcamp sessions are designed to motivate and inspire people into achieving their individual health and fitness goals. We work as a team, creating a bond that helps encourage you to push your body and ability to the next level! Our fitness professionals guide you through each session in an energetic, uplifting and safe environment. These activities could range from; boxing, circuit training, HIT, team building challenges and aerobic conditioning.
The program runs over a 6week period, with 3 x 60min sessions a week, weekly nutrition advice and optional weigh-ins with groups of over 10 people.
Session times: Monday 6.30pm, Wednesday 6.30pm and Friday 6am.
