YMCA yoga involves an instructor guiding you through a series of different postures, known as asanas. Some will be simple and relaxing, others will help you push your body towards greater strength and wellbeing.
Breath control is a central tenet of proper yoga practice, and your instructor will talk you through the correct breathing techniques that will help to achieve the best results from your practice – you’ll end up feeling stronger and more flexible than you ever have before.
