Our spinning classes at Onehunga War Memorial Pool & Leisure Centre managed by YMCA involve one of our instructors leading you through different segments of the workout – switching up body position, pedal speed and resistance.
The music is always playing loudly, keeping you and your classmates amped. As a group, you and your spin class will be developing great cardiovascular fitness as well as getting a really thorough lower body workout. That’s spin class for you!
