Pilates at Onehunga War Memorial Pool & Leisure Centre managed by YMCA is a full-body experience. Our Pilates for beginners (and not such beginners) classes emphasise balanced development of strength and flexibility – with a real focus on core strength, controlled breathing, and extended bodily awareness.

The principles of Pilates are concentration, control, centring, flow, precision and breathing –bring them together, and you have a workout that will push you to better form and strength.

Whatever your fitness background, whether you’re already flexible or not, Pilates is a wonderful way to tone and lengthen your body – so give our Pilates in Onehunga a go!
