Achieve greater results faster with a fully tailored programme coupled with the expertise, motivation and support of a dedicated personal trainer. 30 minute or 60 minute sessions when they suit you.
Starting on October 19th 2020, 8week bootcamp with 3 x 45min sessions every Mon, Wed and Fri. Incorporating exercises and drills, these military inspired workouts are built on the three fundamentals of cardio, strength and agility. Boot Camps are designed to burn serious calories and be seriously fun.
From the energy of Zumba, Boxing or Spin to the Zen of Yoga or Pilates we offer over 30 group fitness classes every week included free in your membership or available on a casual basis. Please refer to "group fitness" tab to access the holiday timetable over Christmas/New Year 2020.
