Pilates at YMCA North Shore Recreation Centre is a medium intensity workout that’s the perfect way to develop your flexibility and muscle tone. Our Northcote pilates classes incorporate the six principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breathing. Together, they create an exercise programme that’s the perfect marriage of body and mind.
