Whatever your fitness level, whatever your coordination, there will be a group fitness class perfect for you. Our classes are rated from low to high intensity – so you can get a good feel for what you’re getting yourself in for.
For a really gentle, low intensity workout, our Movement Therapy class is perfect for seniors wanting to help their mobility, balance and coordination at a gym in Northcote. Active Seniors and our Yoga YIN sessions are a little more active, with a real focus on fitness and wellbeing – or there’s always the options of Zumba Gold for something to get a bit of rhythm going!
Pilates, Zumba, Core Power and yoga are all great ways to amp things up a little more – and for people wanting something on the upper end of intensity, we have a wide variety of action-packed classes, from Cardio Kick Box to Step Sculpt, to Yoga YANG to Spinning – and more. We welcome all locals to our group fitness on the North Shore.
