This programme is designed for all fitness levels and specialises in making training fun. Whether your goal is to lose weight; tone up or build strength: this programme will equip you with the tools and strategies you need to help you achieve yours goals and get you well on your way to becoming a fitter, healthier version of yourself!
Active8 is all about learning and sticking to habits that will lead to a healthy active lifestyle. With the support of the YMCA REPS registered personal trainers and your Active8 family you will be able to take control of your health. Each week we will work together to develop healthy habits with a long term focus on improving our lifestyles together.
Beginning in October, Active8 is designed for anybody seeking a little extra motivation, accountability, support or focus towards achieving your health and fitness goals. No matter what your goal, age, ability or fitness level we will work together to get Active!
This programme is valued at $490, but as an active8 member you will only pay $300 or $37.50 per week for 8 weeks + membership.
