A spin bike workout is a high-octane party on two wheels. Instructors will put you through your paces – including working through different speeds and inclines – with an invigorating soundtrack to keep you going and going.
Spinning® is the original indoor cycling experience. When it’s cold and wet outside, you can still enjoy cycling with this unique workout experience. Work at your own intensity while you build up your strength and endurance, and your instructor will provide encouragement while you’re at it.
