Our goal is to educate children in a safe, caring and fun environment, which sees us teaching cool programmes, including Music and Movement, Healthy Heart and Bush Kindy.
Our values align with the national Te Whariki Early Childhood Curriculum, set by the Ministry of Education. Our aim is for the children we teach to grow up as competent and confident learners and communicators on a holistic level. We also want them to realise that they make a valued contribution to society – because we truly believe that building strong kids results in strong communities.
The principles of Te Whariki are empowerment/whakamana, family and community/whanau tangata, relationships/nga hononga, and holistic development/kotahitanga.
We include each of these principles within our early learning programmes, whether we are playing on the playground, or reading stories.
