Our Dance Programme teaches the fundamentals of dance across several core genres. Our aim is to build confident dancers with knowledge base of essential technique. Dance is proven to increase strength and flexibility; it improves posture and body awareness as well as basic coordination and musicality.
All our dancers will have the opportunity to learn a performance piece throughout the classes and perform to friends and family in the last week of term. This gives all the participants of the programme the opportunity to gain valuable performance experience. Our dance teachers have over 10 years of dance experience both in performance and training. Our programme promotes the passion and love of dance aiming to pass this on to our future performers!
