Basketball is a great way to get some exercise while having a fun, sociable time. Our programme has a focus on developing basketball specific skills (such as dribbling, passing and shooting) while also pushing more general fitness skills like balance, coordination and agility. Kids involved will also get a great general workout, with exercises and games pushing both cardiovascular fitness and strength.
Our Panthers Basketball Club runs on Tuesdays from 4–6pm and provides both basketball lessons and the chance to participate in competitive basketball tournaments. With basketball for kids available for ages 5–15, it’s the perfect after school activity!
