Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre Managed by YMCA offer a variety of 30-minute small group training sessions. These include Core, Align, Burn and Resolute – and each of them offers a specific goal – whether it’s weight loss, improved endurance, greater strength or giving your regular workouts a bit of a shake-up.
Our boot camps are a brilliant way to hold yourself accountable, and get the motivation you need to stick to those fitness goals that we’re all too often making… and then not following through on. Boot camp can involve everything from circuit training to boxing to team-based activities, and involves both indoor and outdoor components.
