The wellbeing of our community is a huge part of what we do. For some people, this means our group fitness programmes, or working with a personal trainer. But for others, this may be one of our unique programmes.
We offer two health and lifestyle programmes for those who need extra help to get back on track with their physical activity.
For the over 60's we have Y-Gold; This programme gets older people out and about, promotes independent living and social interaction.
For people who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or already living with diabetes, we have a fantastic, holistic 10-week programme called JumpStart. This is the perfect way to exercise and learn about healthy living in an encouraging, supportive environment. Next JumpStart programme starts on the 30th of April 2018!
With both programmes, we’re passionate about building strong communities – and helping you become and stay well.
Designed for people with or at risk of Diabetes, JumpStart is a fun, holistic programme focussing on nutrition, psychology, active lifestyles, wellness and community. Ten week programmes start regularly.
Y-Gold is a targeted gym based programme for over 60’s designed to support independent lifestyles. Based on functional movement assessment, the programme offers modified sports, social activities and challenges.
