Our centre is using CHECKIN-19, an easy to use contact tracing solution to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Upon entering our centre, you will need to check in using our QR Code and also check out when leaving. For more info go to www.checkin-19.com

Facility & Fitness Operating Hours

  • Monday-Thursday 5.30am-9.00pm
  • Friday 5.30am-8.00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 8.00am-4.00pm

Group Fitness classes will start on Monday 18th May. There will be a limited amount of classes. Keep an eye on the board for scheduled classes and all will be run with the new Covid-19 guidelines.


KEY POINTS-


  • 8 People per group exercise class and 9 People per spin class
  • These decisions have been based off of the space required to safely operate classes
  • Fitness equipment to be spaced 1.5m apart
  • Interactions with members to be 2m apart
  • No spotting allowed
  • No training together allowed members must stay 2m away from each other even those in the same bubble
  • No towel no entry
  • Members must use paper towels to wipe down equipment not their gym towel
  • Each zone can only have the specified number of people per zone
  • Group exercise classes are served on a first in first served basis and must remain in their zones and not share equipment
  • Each piece of equipment must be wiped down after use, dumbbells included
  • Members must swipe in and also check in and out. No need to swipe out
  • The sauna will remain closed under alert level 2
  • PT's are bookable with Rei and Michelle under the new covid guidelines

There will be no Gold Fit Classes at this stage but will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Please keep an eye on our website for information

Please remember to book your child in so we can staff our programmes appropriately

Our stadium is available for casual use and hire. PLEASE NOTE THAT A MAXIMUM ON 10 PEOPLE PER COURT IS APPLIED- Spectators, coaches and players are included in the 10
