Matt has been helping people incorporate fitness into their lifestyle for over 10 years. With this experience in the fitness industry he has extensive knowledge of what it takes to help people make long-lasting changes. Having been an NZ representative athlete for over 12 years, he has experienced first-hand every work-out he prescribes.

Background

Cynthia is passionate by health and sport. She loves to pass on her knowledge, always looking forward to helping people to get happier, healthier and fitter.

Cynthia is a former national swimmer in France and played water polo around the world. She coached swimming and water polo since 2002.

Naturally driven by challenges, she decided to become a fitness trainer to help others achieve their Fitness goals.

Background

Ryan is an individual who is very passionate about his sport and recreation. Since he was young, Ryan has been involved in a variety of sports, starting with football and then branching out to sports such as rowing, water polo, rugby, swimming and eventually becoming the captain of the 1st XI Football team of his college. Ryan moved his way up to then coaching water polo and football teams.

For the past 9 years, Ryan has also been very passionate about his weight lifting and training himself and others to become the best version of themselves.

Ben - Fitness Trainer/ Personal Trainer

Qualifications

Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in Exercise Science from AUT. Austswim Aoteroa Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. Red Cross First Aid in CPR. REPS Group Fitness Contractor.

Background

Ben has been playing sport his whole life, with specific training in Football, Swimming, and Running. He translated this passion into a career of Swim Teaching and his degree in Sport Recreation. Alongside all this, he has been setting up Acquapole® New Zealand, and providing weekly Aqua Fitness classes at Glen Innes and Lagoon Pools. Now working in the gym to put his knowledge and degree to good use in helping others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
