Short and Sweet workouts in a challenging and supportive environment

Whether you need a little extra motivation to get started or just to keep going (that’s most of us then!), you’ll find that you enjoy the unique support of boot camp exercises in a group environment.

Our workout sessions are designed to improve your fitness level, burn calories and take you out of your comfort zone. Using kettle bells, strength bags, battle ropes, medicine balls and body weight exercises, our enthusiastic instructors will design a new 30-minute session each week to keep you on your toes!

Our Abs Blast workouts will add extra focus to your core and back training. These 30-minute sessions focus on boot camp exercises that will strengthen your abdominal and lower back muscles to achieve a strong and flat core.

At Glen Innes Pool and Leisure Centre, our industry trained fitness professionals will provide the motivation, expertise and support you need to achieve your goals.
