YMCA BOOTCAMP

WHAT IS IT?

  • A fun and creative way of getting fit in a friendly atmosphere.
  • Team challenges and games to help you accomplish more.
  • Fitness Testing at the start & end of the program to help gage progress.
  • A mixture of outdoor and indoor sessions lasting 45 minutes per session.
  • 3 sessions a week for a total of 8 weeks.
  • Nutritional Challenges each week, as well as additional home exercise challenges.

WHEN IS IT?

  • Starts on the 3rd of February 2020
  • 3 sessions a week
  • 45mins per session
  • Monday 6am, Wednesday 6am, and Saturday 7am
  • 24 sessions total
  • Finishes on the 30th of March 2020

HOW MUCH IS IT?

  • $299 All Inclusive
  • That works out to less than $12.50 per session!!

WHERE IS IT?

  • Ellerslie YMCA
  • 46 Michael Avenue, Ellerslie
  • Utilizing the stadium area, outdoor area, and group fitness area.

Bootcamp Instructor

Matt Fuller is passionate about helping people incorporate fitness into their lifestyle for the long-term. With widespread experience in the fitness industry, he has extensive knowledge of what it takes to help people make long-lasting changes.

Being an NZ representative athlete for over 12 years, he has experienced first-hand every work-out he prescribes. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Exercise Science – BPhEd Otago University
  • Diploma in Sport - Exercise Prescription
  • Tutor at NZ Institute of Health & Fitness
