At our fitness centre in the YMCA at the Ellerslie Recreation Centre, we host a variety of fitness sessions to help you smash your goals, whether you are wanting to get trim and toned, lose weight, or pack on the muscles. Our professional instructors can whip you into shape at boot camp, or they can teach you how to relax with a spot of yoga.

Our facilities include a full range of cardio and weights equipment, as well as free weights and functional training area, a group exercise room, TRX suspension cable training systems, and a gym full of trainers who are just as passionate about staying active and healthy as you. We host a wide range of targeted programmes, and we are confident that we can help you achieve your goals.

Incorporating exercises and drills, these military inspired workouts are built on the three fundamentals of cardio, strength and agility. Boot Camps are designed to burn serious calories and be seriously fun.
