Rather than having to figure out your own best practice, or deal with classes that don’t seem to quite fit what you’re looking for, a personal trainer will guide you through a programme that takes into account what you’re hoping to get out of your regime – as well as any physical limitations that may affect your mobility with particular activities.
Sessions can vary in length depending on your goals and available time – but when you’re first starting out, aiming for two a week means that you can really kickstart your fitness journey with us.
