Boxing for fitness makes for a high energy workout, giving you a newfound sense of power. Boxing classes focus on technique and strength development – allowing you to unlock a new level of capability.
Boxing fitness classes at Cameron Pool and Leisure Centre managed by YMCA have great music to help everyone get pumped up and ready to learn from highly trained instructors. You’ll be led through a series of exercises to develop boxing techniques and overall strength – while improving your cardiovascular fitness all along the way.
You’ll also get to participate in sparring with gloves and pads to put your new skillset to the test in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
