YMCA Mt Roskill works towards building strong kids, strong families and strong communities – and as such, we provide amazing fitness opportunities – there’s more to us than just our pools.

Our fitness centre has a wide variety of options available – from personal trainer sessions to top notch equipment to a range of group exercise and small group training opportunities.

Fitness membership at Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre managed by YMCA includes access to the pools (including the sauna, steam room and spa) – so if you feel so inclined, you can enjoy an aquatic-based workout or have a relaxing time as well as an energising one!

Personal Training

Achieve greater results faster with a fully tailored programme coupled with the expertise, motivation and support of a dedicated personal trainer. 30 minute or 60 minute sessions when they suit you.

Group Exercise Classes

From the energy of Muscle Max, Boxing or Spin to the Zen of Yoga or Pilates we offer over 30 group fitness classes every week included free in your membership or available on a casual basis.

Functional Training

YMCA offers clear spaces to support the freedom of functional training and a wide range of equipment from TRX’s to truck tyres and boxes.

Cardio Equipment

Enjoy a wide range of modern cardio equipment with all the machines you’d expect including cross trainers, treadmills, exercycles, rowers and more.

Weights Equipment

At YMCA you’ll find a wide range of weights equipment from modern circuit weights machines to specialised equipment and free weight areas.


Incorporating exercises and drills, these military inspired workouts are built on the three fundamentals of cardio, strength and agility. Boot Camps are designed to burn serious calories and be seriously fun.
