Our boxing classes at YMCA Auckland City Fitness are the perfect way to channel energy and emotion into fun and fitness. If you are looking for boxing in Auckland City, check out our high energy Box & Burn class.

Our boxing exercise classes focus on technique, sparring and strength drills, which will get you fit and strong in no time. We have great music pumping, and we provide the gloves and pads that you need to get moving.

Boxing will be your path to better cardiovascular health, excellent muscle tone and greater coordination – not to mention working on your balance and reflexes. Our teachers love helping locals learn just how fun (and effective) boxing lessons can be.

Classes are held:

  • Monday 5:30pm (60min)
  • Tuesday 6:00am (60min)
  • Wednesday 5:30pm (60min)
  • Thursday 12:15pm (45min)
