Our I.D Team Training - Auckland City is a team of experienced Personal Trainers who will guide you through our signature 6 Week Programme of results. As well as eye-wateringly hard (but fun) workouts, you’ll be provided with nutrition tips, measurements, tracking, and support. We have a wrap around with a 30min PT session per week and all the little things that ensure you succeed in your goals.
Unlike fitness ‘Bootcamps’ the I.D Team Training creates a positive environment with a challenging range of results-driven exercises and activities that break the repetition of normal gym training.
