Designed for people with health concerns and rehabilitation. Doctor or referral based. JumpStart is a fun, holistic programme focusing on nutrition, active lifestyles, wellness and community. Ten week cycle.
GoldFit is a targeted gym based programme for over 60’s designed to support independent lifestyles. Based on functional movement, the programme offers modified sports, social activities and outdoor challenges.
I.D Team Training is a targeted programme to improve your movement and capabilities through exercise. Its structured sessions and support engage all parts of your body and mind. The I.D (I Do) crew are social bunch and we love to support our team mates to become healthier each day.
For those who have Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes or you support someone who does.
