We are looking for our next superstar to perform and co-ordinate administrative tasks for the day-to-day operation of the Out of School Care Programmes across Centres and Schools, and lead the on-site teams in ensuring a safe, fun and caring environment. Role will be split between Support Office and on-site programme support.

OSCAR Operations Supervisor - What will you be doing?

  • Team leadership and training
  • Dealing with client bookings and complaints
  • Providing feedback to parents
  • Administration Support including recruitment
  • Financial support including budgets, invoicing and funding applications
  • Programme supervision

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in working with children of all abilities and needs
  • Minimum one year of people management experience
  • High degree of computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft based programmes, experience with software booking systems
  • Strong, effective financial skills, with particular emphasis on: planning and budgeting, administration, and needs analysis.
  • First Aid certificate
