YMCA Mt Albert are hosting FREE Zumba® classes at Rocket Park throughout the month of February on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Our mission is to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. These classes aim to help us reach out to the local community and encourage people of all ages to have some fun while exercising at no cost. This will be our second year running this summertime initative as last year's inaugural effort was very successful with over 130 people taking part. It was awesome to have participants of all ages join in and we hope to achieve the same result this year.
The class itself is modified to ensure everyone can participate and is a great opportunity to exercise as a family or have a laugh with your friends. Rain or shine, the party will go on. If the weather isn’t ideal, the class will take place at YMCA Mt Albert in our custom-built group exercise room.
