Times have moved since the days of Jane Fonda aerobics style classes; we have the latest craze Zumba, as well as Spinning, and a huge variety of classes so there really is something for everyone!

Our Group Exercise programme is divided up into six types of classes:

High energy classes that are primarily cardio based. |

Muscular and body conditioning focused classes utilising resistance. |

Core and abdominal strength focused classes, including balance work. |

Mind/body classes bringing the body into balance, as well as relaxation and flexibility. |

Specialised classes that cater for seniors, ante-natal, and more. |
|
 |
Shorter, more intense versions of the key classes if you have less time, or put back to back to create the option of a ‘combo’ workout. |
