Y-Fitness boot camps at our centres across Auckland and Hamilton will set you on the path to achieve your goals and really get you motivated! You will meet in a small group of like-minded people with an experienced trainer for a set number of sessions per week. Sessions can include:
• Goal setting
• Circuit training
• Team based activities
• Boxing
• Basic fitness exercises that test your overall fitness
• Indoor and outdoor locations

Small Group Training
Join a group to work towards your goal! These programmes are normally around eight weeks in length and are facilitated by an experienced YMCA Personal Trainer.
Each session is designed to help you reach goals such as weight loss, improved endurance, posture or balance, greater strength, muscle shaping and toning or just bringing a new energy back into your workouts.
