Our complex includes a stadium, group exercise rooms, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor ping pong tables, and a recreation, community and reception staff to help meet your needs. We provide meeting rooms with various capacities as well as whiteboards, chairs and tables. Our largest meeting room capacity caters up to 80 people, but should you need a room that caters up to 300-400, we are happy to work in conjunction with the Mt Albert War Memorial Hall which is a 20 metre walk away.

GARLICK ROOM

The Garlick Room is a large open plan room with lots of natural light. The room comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen which includes; an oven/hob, a microwave, a sink, a dishwasher and a fridge. This particular room can cater for numbers up to and including 30 people. It opens out onto a wooden deck which steps down onto the large grassy area behind the centre. This room can also be divided into two separate spaces with our room sound proofed dividing doors. This is a convenient feature if you have two separate needs for the room, or if you simply require a smaller space. |
| When the dividers are up then the capacity of each section is 10 people. Private rate is $42, Community Rate is $30 and ½ Room rate is $25 per hour. Courtesy white boards, table and chairs are available. Projection screens and TV/DVD Player are available for hire at $10. |

TAYLOR ROOM
The Taylor room is a good room for holding meetings, seminars or functions. It holds between 30 and 40 people. It is a really well lit room. There are two large sliding doors that open up onto our covered deck. The deck steps down on to a large and open grassy area that has access onto a quiet park area. It can be split in two separate rooms with our sound proof wall divider doors, allowing for multipurpose or you can choose to have a smaller room for hire. |

| There is an available kitchenette with a hot water zip just outside the room door. The Taylor room rate is $30 per hour community rate, $42 per hour private rate and ½ room rate is $25 per hour. We have a projector screen for $10 per day. White Boards, Chairs and tables are available for you to use at no extra cost. |

MEZZANINE FLOOR
The Mezzanine room is our only upstairs room (please note that it is not wheelchair accessible). It has the largest open floor area for functions including dining. There is also a large kitchen area, fully loaded with a fridge, oven, hob as well as a zip. This is a very well lit room with large windows at either end of it and it is also a very quite room which is good for training, seminars, and meditation/yoga classes. This room can cater for up to 50 people, so it’s perfect for meetings church or birthday parties. To hire the Mezzanine it will cost $30 per hour community rate or $42 private rate. Courtesy white Boards, chairs and tables are available for you, a projector screen and or TV/DVD player is $10 per hire. |

RATTRAY ROOM

The Rattray Room is primarily used for children’s programmes and functions such as YMCA organized Gym Birthday Parties, After School Care, Local Community Playgroups and YMCA Holiday Programmes. It holds up to 30 children and 20 adults. It has a kitchen with only a microwave, but there are other ovens and stoves located through out the centre and we welcome use those. This room looks onto a large enclosed partially covered deck area and includes a large sand pit. The hourly community price is $30; private use is $42. |
