At Y-Fitness we offer a fun, varied and freestyle group exercise programme suitable for everyone, from complete beginner to regular exerciser.

Whether you want to stay in shape, tone up, get fit or lose weight, our energising and effective classes will suit all levels. We offer creative freestyle classes, where our instructors deliver their own choreography and music selection.  There are no pre-choreographed routines here!  

Times have moved since the days of Jane Fonda aerobics style classes; we have the latest craze Zumba, as well as Spinning, and a huge variety of classes so there really is something for everyone!
