At Auckland City sports leagues offer the perfect opportunity to challenge you and your colleagues, and keep up your fitness in a fun and social environment. Participating in organised sports has many positive effects including teamwork, communication skills, positive mental health and physical fitness.

6-a-side Indoor Soccer League
If you play soccer in the winter, why not keep up your fancy footwork by continuing the training all year round in our indoor stadium. Mixed social and men’s grade leagues are held regularly throughout the year, and are played five nights a week.
Lunchtime Sports Leagues
Get a team together and enrol in our next league. Lots of fun and a great way to keep fit! Why not get a group together from work and challenge your suppliers, competitors or business associates to enter! Groups of friends are also welcome. Teams consist of six players and are mixed with at least two female players.
Team sports include volleyball, ultimate frisbee and tag. You can enter in one round or enter all four rounds during the year, the choice is yours! Each round plays for 10 weeks in total from 12 noon and games last for 28 minutes.
