The Y (formerly known as the YMCA) kids term programmes offer a range of activities that support social and physical development including gross motor skill development and core strengthening. In addition, our programmes aim to improve balance and co-ordination, functional movement and experiential learning.
Specially designed for children aged one to 12 years, The Y kids’ programmes allow your little (and not so little!) ones to focus on an area they are interested in. We offer programmes in preschool and recreational gymnastics or basketball, so your kids are sure to find something to excite them.
