At Lynfield Youth & Leisure Centre managed by The Y, we believe that exercise should be fun, and our group fitness classes in Auckland are just that! We offer an extensive range of classes to accommodate all levels of fitness, all classes are included in our memberships at no extra cost.

Our extensive range of group fitness classes are led by industry trained professionals who will provide all the motivation, encouragement and expertise you need to achieve your goals. Whether it’s the high energy of Box n’ Burn and spin, or more relaxing Pilates and yoga, there’s something for everyone.

Join A Class

Classes are included free with all The Y memberships.

Memberships start from as little as $13.95 per week.

Casual class participation $12.50 per class.

Concession cards $112.50 per ten classes.

Class spaces can not be booked and operate on a first come first serve basis. Over 20 classes weekly.

Yoga

Bring balance to your body, mind and spirit through the development of strength and flexibility combined with breath control and relaxation methods. Yoga has the power to calm the mind, increase concentration, improve well-being and can be a powerful antidote to stress.

Box & Burn

With a focus on boxing technique and strength drills this high energy workout is great for anyone wanting to change the body without worrying about co-ordination. No choreography involved, just pure boxing.

Muscle Max

Muscle Max is a weight training class designed to increase strength, bone density and muscle mass across the entire body.
