YMCA Auckland employs around 700 staff to help us achieve our Vision to “Build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.”
Our work is led by our Chief Executive Peter Fergusson and a team of experienced senior managers, committed centre managers and their dedicated staff, informed by our Board of Directors. Our current structure allows innovation from all areas to maximise the delivery of first class products to our community and stakeholders. This vastly diverse range of products and programmes reflects the very high level of service delivery required by our team of enthusiastic and competent staff.
